Registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis by the order in which the Registration Fee or Tuition Deposit is received. We are currently accepting registrations! Once you submit your forms, you will be contacted regarding your availability. Registrations fees can be paid in person or online!

What do you need to bring to your appointment?

If you are enrolling a NEW student, you will need: Birth Certificate, School Entrance Health Form (including immunization records), and the Child Questionnaire. The School Health Form will need to be completed by your child’s doctor.
If you are a
CURRENT student, you will need: Child Questionnaire, AND a new School Entrance Health Form (including immunization records). 

 
IF your child requires medication or has an Epi-Pen, you will also need for your child’s doctor to complete the Medication Form.
 
For those that have completed registration, we will be reaching out to set up paperwork appointments. They last about 15 minutes, and are child-friendly. We will make sure all documentation is on file, that you have a chance to review the parent handbook, and ask any and all questions!
