Registration is held IN PERSON on the specified days for the upcomming school year. Registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis on Registration Day. If you are registering after the in person registration, please reach out to Kid's Morning Out regarding availability for your child's class!
I'm Registered! Now what?
For those that have completed registration process and paid the registration fee, we will be reaching out to set up paperwork appointments in August. We will make sure all documentation is on file, that you have a chance to review the parent handbook, and ask any and all questions!
What do you need to bring to your appointment?
If you are enrolling a NEW student, you will need: Birth Certificate and School Entrance Health Form (including immunization records). The School Health Form will need to be completed by your child’s doctor.
If you are a CURRENT student, you will need: a new School Entrance Health Form (including immunization records).
IF your child requires medication or has an Epi-Pen, you will also need for your child’s doctor to complete the Medication Form.
