Scheduling:

All classes are offered Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 12:30pm.

Select the day(s) each week you would like to attend! You may choose one, two, three, four or five. We offer any combination that is available!

Tuition is based on the number of days per week, and is paid monthly.

We follow the WJCC Public School schedule for weather closures and holidays, September - May.

Non-refundable Registration Fee (Once per school year): $75 per child for RETURNING families, $100 per child for NEW families

Tuition is due on the first of each month

Tuition is not pro-rated. It is calculated based on an annual budget, and divided into equal payments over the school year for convenience.

Drop In rate: $25 per day
REGISTRATION

Online registration is now available for the 2023-2024 school year. Completing the online registration form does NOT reserve your space. Registration is held in person, on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are registering after the Registration Day, you will be contacted regarding the availability of the program you have selected. After confirmation, the registration charges will be charged to your account. No registrations will be processed until the fees or deposits have been paid.

Registration Applications will be processed in the order the fees were received. Spaces will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Priority Registration, for currently enrolled families, will open on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 9:00am. Open Enrollment, for NEW families, will open on Monday, February 20, 2023 at 9:00am. Registration is held in person at Williamsburg United Methodist Church.
